Job Tittle: Chemical Preparation and Logistical Assistant
Work Hours: 1ST Shift, Monday - Friday, 8.00 - 5:00 PM
Location: 26 Davis Drive BOX 13528, Research Triangle Park, NC, 27709
We are seeking a Chemical Prep and Logistics Assistant for our client in Durham, NC. This role will focus on supporting laboratory activities and follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices with the guidance of laboratory superiors.
Key responsibilities include:
The candidate will be required to perform a variety of well-defined laboratory tests. This may include repetitive tasks such as:
- Chemical Sample Handling (Picking, Packing & Shipping).
- Preparation activities for chemical samples.
- Inventory and order management support.
- Record keeping and documentation per department guidelines.
- Support activities related to sample logistics.

- Proven record of reliability as a dependable team player that shows up to work each day.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document activities accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices.
- Ability to adhere to all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE.
- Favorable results on pre-employment drug test, background check, and compliance documentation.
- College Level Chemistry required.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.
