Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Operations / Business Analyst and provide analytical support to the Strategic Asset Strategy function within operational engineering of a high security 24/7 energy utility organization. The position formulates and applies various modeling techniques and other optimizing methods to develop and validate information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation and process development. This position concentrates on collecting and analyzing data, analyzing workflow, and developing process analysis and decision support information and documents.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. The position is full time onsite located in Vancouver, Washington. The pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $55.66 - $60.16.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

  1. An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management/Administration, Organizational Development or closely related technical discipline is preferred.
  2. With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 8 years of experience is required.
  3. With an applicable Associates degree, 10 years of experience is required.
  4. Without an applicable degree or without a degree, 12 years of experience is required.
  5. Experience should be directly related to business and/or operations analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
  6. High level proficiency in automated data systems to include Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint and Visio.
  7. 5 years of experience with the following:
  8. Experience in written communication and technical writing sufficient to interpret SME's input and convert into meaningful performance target language.
  9. Experience developing professional presentations and delivering/presenting them at the Executive level.
