A premium law firm are looking to onboard a well-rounded Finance Associate into their Indianapolis office. They welcome applicants that are looking to relocate to Indianapolis.
They are open to candidates who have any finance experience including the following: leveraged finance, structure finance/securitization, real estate finance, asset finance, corporate finance, aviation finance.
The Role Requires:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries is required.
- The candidate should have a desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of financing and investment matters.
- Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials, along with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
- Associates must have a high degree of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks and be a pro-active team player.
- An individual who is confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.
- Undertake transactions directly, dealing with all aspects of the finance transaction.
