Job Summary:

As the B2B Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth in the B2B sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure our brand message resonates with our target audience and strengthens our market position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, equity, and market share in the B2B sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that communicate our brand values and drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and digital assets, that align with brand messaging.
  • Sales Support: Provide the sales team with branded materials, messaging, and tools to effectively communicate our value proposition to B2B clients.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and events.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, to execute brand initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on B2B markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Edison, NJ.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
