POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS :
As an RN/LPN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 hr shifts
M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
RN: General Requirements:
  • Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
Education:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
License/Certification:
  • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
  • Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
  • All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
LPN: General Requirements:
  • Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
License/Certification:
  • Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.
  • All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for the secondary state within 90 days of hire.
  • IDAHO ONLY: Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
