Must be a US Citizen or US Resident living within 15 miles of San Fernando Valley; position is hybrid.

Under the general direction of the Sr. Director IT, the SPM's primary responsibilities include oversight of all Information Technology Projects and EMR installations throughout the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving performance involvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and improved compliance.
  2. Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation, and implementation oversight.
  3. Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills to execute initiatives and validate improvement opportunities.
  4. Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow-up, and preparing and publishing reports.
  5. Utilizes project management software to support project work.
  6. Collaborates with other Project Managers as needed.
  7. Prepares communications and presentations for all levels of the organization.
  8. Provides related support to improve business performance.
  9. Assists in building process improvement and project management skills and serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  10. Performs all other duties as directed by management.

Education and/or Experience:

  1. Minimum of 10 years PM experience, with at least 7 years in healthcare.
  2. Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
  3. Experience in process improvement, workflow benchmarking, and evaluation processes.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences.
  5. Detail-oriented.
  6. Proficiency with systems and a variety of software applications.
  7. Ability to work in a team environment.
  8. Strong leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
  9. Broad knowledge of business functions.
  10. Ability to influence, motivate, and lead stakeholders from various business units to reach agreements.
