ABOUT THE JOB
The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for planning, development, and administration of the Health Information Management, Admitting Departments, and Business Office. These responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining a budget, counseling employees, assisting with coding and billing questions, serving as a liaison to an MMC, prioritizing daily work, and developing appropriate actions and responsibilities to be taken within each department of oversight regarding the Health Information Management process, as well as other hospital tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Two years of Revenue Cycle experience combined with managing insurance billing and/or collections is required.
Equipment:
- Computers, Windows applications, spreadsheets, 10 key, copy machine, multi-line phone, shredder, paper cutter, as well as various other office equipment.
Full Time, Salary Exempt, $49.79-$76.86 per hour DOE, 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F
