Opportunity
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our dynamic team? As a Logistics Specialist, under the guidance of the Final Product Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling the crucial tasks of receiving, dispensing, storing, distributing, and transferring finished goods and IMP packaging components. Your expertise will ensure seamless record-keeping in a cGMP environment, where your commitment to safety, precision, and compliance will shine. You'll skillfully operate material handling equipment and vehicles, adhere to cGMP procedures, and help maintain our commitment to regulatory excellence. - Shipment Processing : Handle hazardous materials, product sample shipments, and international shipments, including proper documentation and packaging.
- Inventory Management : Receive, dispense, and maintain inventory control for finished goods, WIP inventory, and packaging components; perform inventory cycle counting.
- Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products to both domestic and international destinations.
- Returns and Destruction : Process rejected, returned, or expired drug products for destruction, and coordinate with destruction sites to schedule product disposal.
- Operational Excellence : Maintain work areas and equipment, ensure proficiency in and recommend changes to SOPs, participate in training individuals, and accurately input data into various databases.
Requirements
- Education and Experience : High school diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with warehouse and inventory systems.
- Certifications and Compliance : Ability to meet TSA requirements, complete the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP), and preferred IATA certification for international documentation.
- Technical Skills : Experience with material handling equipment, proficiency with computer systems and RF technology, and strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Physical and Work Environment Requirements : Ability to occasionally work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Interpersonal and Team Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly cooperative team environment.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $53,000.00 - $98,400.00 USD Annual . Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
