Position Summary
Good360 is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of IT to lead and manage our IT operations, ensuring that our systems effectively support our mission to provide donated goods to those in need. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Office365, Azure, ERP (NetSuite), ecommerce software (Magento), and Salesforce, along with a hands-on approach to managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the CTO, the IT Director will prioritize and implement IT projects, ensuring smooth operation of our systems. This role requires a strong leader who can both develop and manage a team while ensuring robust support for all employees across the organization.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to collaborate across an organization, possess excellent people management skills, and be unafraid of driving change to push forward initiatives and strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the reliability and performance of all IT systems.
- Manage and support IT infrastructure including Office365, Azure, ERP, e-commerce software, and Salesforce.
Project Management:
- Assist the CTO in prioritizing and managing IT projects.
- Lead implementations and enhancements of IT systems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee a Salesforce Administrator, a Helpdesk/Data Specialist, and share a Project Manager with the CTO.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the IT team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Hands-On Technical Work:
- Actively participate in the implementation and troubleshooting of IT systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CTO to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for technological improvements and innovation.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Manage contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
Policy Development:
- Set and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Data Culture Development:
- Support the development of a data culture across the company.
- Encourage the use of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft products (Office365 & Azure), ERP, e-commerce software, and Salesforce.
- Extensive experience with enterprise software and implementing them (business analysis skills and experience strongly preferred).
- Experience with integrating systems together is preferred i.e. familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, orchestration.
- Experience working with logistics and/or warehousing companies desired.

CERTIFICATIONS:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Salesforce) are a plus.
