Islebrook Village is the talk of the town in Wiscasset! Our new 100+ unit senior living community is under construction with an expected opening in Fall 2024. We will offer Independent and Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments for seniors in the Midcoast Maine area.

We have an immediate need for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional to lease up our community. If you are passionate about working with seniors and have experience in sales (ideally, senior living sales), we would love to hear from you!

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Maintains and/or improves occupancy and revenue.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with prospects to help move them through the move in process. Processes all move in paperwork and coordinates physical move in dates.
  • Possesses a firm understanding of Islebrook Village's products and services and can educate prospects and families on how the community can meet their needs.
  • Leads sales tours when the community opens.
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as specified by the SVP of Sales/Marketing.
  • Maintains working knowledge of the lead management system and uses system to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Manages database and updates mailing lists.
  • Manages social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Ensures that all marketing collateral such as inserts and folders are in stock and orders as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Well-lighted, well-ventilated office.
  • Sits, stands, walks, bends and lifts intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Uses proper safety techniques and complies with all facility safety policies and procedures.
  • Deals with people at all levels under varying conditions.
  • Subject to frequent interruption and multiple deadlines.
  • May require some evening and/or weekend hours.
  • Travels outside the facility as needed.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Prior Marketing and Sales experience and/or a demonstrated ability to listen carefully and gain an understanding of the needs and desires of prospective residents, family members and referral sources, and to respond with empathy, compassion, and clarity as to how your community can help meet those needs and achieve those desires.
  • Vast knowledge of the community services and referral sources.
  • Previous experience in working with an elderly population in the relocation process.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities.
  • Capacity for initiative and self-direction.
  • Ability to be flexible and to respond to demands of multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to operate personal computers and software is required, i.e. Eldermark CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to access and understand customers’ expectations, needs and circumstances is essential.
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate verbally and in writing is required.

Everbrook Senior Living offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off and more. This position will also be subject to a commission structure in addition to the base salary, with earning potential of $90,000 per year.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
