RST Global Solutions specializes in training mobilization and helping clients ensure all crew members obtain the necessary training irrespective of the country where the offshore drilling vessel will operate. During onboard training process, trainers deliver training that fits client operational schedule. For each training course, there is a theoretical knowledge component and practical activity that provides hands-on experience to all trainees and increase their knowledge in the field. We currently have an immediate opening for a Training Coordinator for our International Oil & Gas Offshore/Onshore Drilling markets. This person provides full project management support. This involves the management of a project(s) including all the elements such as operational management, customer management, commercials, planning and strategy.

Mandatory:

Experience with offshore drilling units who have managed training matrixes, booking training, managed the training process from start to finish from a medium to large private sector drilling contractor. Prepared to hit the ground running from day one. 2- 5 years in Lower to Middle Management
