Seeking qualified PIC candidates for a Citation Mustang (CE510) and Citation CJ3+ (CE525) aircraft account based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an expanding flight department which is currently a 7 pilot/3 aircraft account supported by 2 full-time maintenance technicians operating under Part 91.
(*Primary positions are for the CE510 and CJ3+, but duties will include SIC work on a CE700 with opportunity in the future to upgrade and obtain CE700 type. Preference will be given to candidates with either C510 and/or CE525 type rating and experience but will type the right individuals *).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The PIC is responsible for ensuring a safe, dependable, and professional experience for all individuals traveling on the aircraft.
- The PIC is responsible for conducting and overseeing all trip planning and execution, including, but not limited to:
- Ensuring the aircraft meets all performance and airworthiness requirements.
- Completing and/or assisting other crewmember(s) with aircraft preflight duties.
- Ensuring all flights comply with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Selecting the safest and most efficient flight routes and airports.
- Establishing contingency plans and alternates.
- Calculating aircraft weight and balance and ensuring the aircraft is operated within its weight and balance requirements.
- Evaluating weather and other factors that may affect the safety, timing, or routing of a flight (significant weather events, forecast turbulence, special events, airspace restrictions, air traffic congestion, etc.).
- Ensuring all required permits and documents are obtained prior to departure.
- Ensuring the aircraft is clean and appropriately stocked with necessary snacks, beverages, and supplies prior to the arrival of passengers.
- Responsible for conducting passenger briefings.
- Providing an exceptional service experience to the passengers.
- Must demonstrate ability to work exceptionally well with others in a collaborative, small team environment.
- Must comply with company confidentiality policy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Airman Certificate: ATP
- Ratings: Appropriate PIC Type Rating
- Valid 2nd Class Medical Certificate
- Total Flight Time: 2000
- Pilot in Command: 500
- Multi Engine Land: 500
- Multi Engine PIC: 500
- Instrument: 200
- Turbine Engine: 500
This position is an on-call position and requires the selected candidate to operate on short notice. Selected applicant will be required to reside in the Tulsa metropolitan area.
