How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our strong and steady Project Management team. You will manage and execute marketing projects per the direction of the Client and the Internal Sales and Account teams.

  • Work together to win together: The Technical Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Project Management. You will work closely alongside our internal teams of Quality Control, Account Manager, and other Project Managers.
  • Innovate with purpose: As part of the technical project management team, you will partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution, including the mandate of quality checks at every stage of the production process.

  • Impact: You will collaborate with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements.
  • Career Growth: If successful, the Technical Project Manager may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Senior level role helping to mentor more junior project managers and hone your leadership skills.

    • Must be able to understand and articulate business requirements as conveyed by internal or external clients and have the ability to turn written and verbal instructions into comprehensive Business Requirements.
    • Must be reliable, self-directed, and capable of using sound judgment to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive and can anticipate needs, take initiative with excellent follow through, and requires little direction or supervision.
    • Able to negotiate, manage conflict, and create win-win solutions to challenges and issues.
    • Must be able to work on multiple large programs simultaneously, manage change, and think critically to complete projects.
    • Initiative: Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
    • Problem Solving: Capable of problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making.
    • Collaboration: Must be comfortable interacting with staff/colleagues of varying levels. Able to build relationships with a variety of individual personalities.
    • Organization: Can remain focused under pressure in a demanding environment.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience in the marketing industry.
    • 3-5+ years of related project management experience.
    • Experience in Direct Mail, Email, and/or Digital Marketing.
    • Automotive Marketing Experience.
