Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Manage cultivation of sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Competitive and winning attitude - Must want to be #1 • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell Compensation: $85,000 Expected First-Year Earnings
