Summary:
Provide outstanding guest service by building long-term relationships with customers through sales trips, site inspections, solicitation, phone calls, regular account maintenance, and familiarization trips. Maintain and re-solicit accounts while actively seeking new business to increase the hotel's revenue. Comply with Company Standards during all direct sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Promote hotel amenities and services to clients
- Collaborate with other departments for client events
- Attend industry trade shows and events
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
