Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 5-star post-installation customer service, addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using product knowledge and judgment.
  • Schedule service visits when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Manage escalations, ensuring timely communication with management.
  • Document service cases and updates in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Communicate with manufacturers to resolve product issues and order necessary parts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
  • Call customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage survey participation.

  • Experience in customer service, preferably with CRM tools
