General Summary: IRIS is seeking a Client Service Specialist to actively assist a select group of IRIS customers. This is a great fit for a resourceful, self-driven individual looking to begin a career in client relations. An organized person with strong administrative, communication, and follow-through will succeed in this position. As a Client Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to integrate an understanding of sales, technology, education/training, professional services, consulting, and support. The ultimate strategic goal of this role is to support existing clients to increase utilization and maintain satisfaction.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Assist new customers with completing onboarding via IRIS' automated onboarding system.
  • Work with the Customer Support team to address any technical issues with assigned clients.
  • Analyze and interpret Client data and information and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Provide training & education for standard functionality to assigned clients.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team and participate in technology product design discussions to create tools the customers need.
Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or related experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and self-accountable
  • Highly coachable, career-driven professional with the ability to learn quickly, and be flexible to evolving business.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective influential leadership across all customer types/stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to sit, type, and view a computer screen up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Ability to use telephone / headset for up to 8 hours at a time.
