Antharis Therapeutics is committed to accelerating immune therapies' discovery, research, development, and biomanufacturing. We are seeking a scientist who specializes in bispecific antibodies. They will be a bench scientist responsible for designing and evaluating bispecific antibody engineering strategies and novel formats. They will work collaboratively across all research functions to drive the progress of bispecific antibody technology platform development, including the purification and optimization of expression yields.


Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the design of T-cell engaging bi-specific whole antibody expression vectors in monoclonal antibody development, particularly knobs-into-holes or Cross Mab technology.
  • Deep knowledge of and demonstrated experience in antibody engineering.
  • Ability to manage successful relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills in technical documents.
  • Experience in purifying bi-specific antibodies.
  • Work with upstream and downstream processing to optimize the expression yields of bi-specific antibodies.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to maintain alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of managing performance metrics and improving processes for enhanced quality outcomes.
  • Strong drive for quality and continuous process improvement.
  • Self-starter with high energy, initiative, and independence, capable of instilling a sense of urgency and pace within the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to move fast and make decisions decisively, with a passion for working in a growing company.
  • Collaborative and creative mindset, willing to take prudent risks to drive transformative treatments for patients.
  • Focus on achieving challenging timelines through superior planning, risk assessment, and inspiring teams to work efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in synthetic biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields.
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting deadlines.
