Reach for what you want and tell us why your work ethic and willingness to learn make you a natural fit for #TeamFirstInterstate.SUMMARYAssist Ag Loan Officers in gathering and evaluating credit information on current and prospective agriculture customers, preparing written reports of analysis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned.Reviews pertinent credit and financial information, including financial statements, tax returns, credit bureau reports, bank reports, and other company reports.Inputs financial data on PC-based software to generate financial spreadsheet.Analyzes findings and prepares in written report.Reviews irregular financial information with loan officer.Assists in collateral review procedures.Compiles and distributes material for loan committee meetings.Evaluates credit quality, suggesting loans be upgraded or downgraded based on most recent information.Compiles various reports as requested.Reviews documentation of files on a regular basis.SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay accompany loan officers on customer calls and collateral inspections.Assists loan officers on special projects.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
