Sr Solution Architect


Job description

  • Work with the Sales, Practice and Delivery teams to come up with a competitive proposal response.
  • Analyze latest trends in IT and then identify the possible business opportunities in the vertical.
  • Working closely with the sales team and support to develop Go-To-Market strategy
  • Engage with Product Engineering teams to prepare Industry solutions and demos.
  • Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, and due diligence studies with customers. Managing solution development and implementation.
  • Manage relationships with strategic advisors & analysts focusing on the RCPG vertical in terms of solutions and experience
  • Build partnerships with strategic advisors & product companies to devise strategy to penetrate new accounts
  • Lead RFP/RFIs, financial modelling, solution defense presentations to client’s senior management / CXO layer
  • Engage with customers/prospects in understanding their business goals, solution objectives.
  • Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, analyst briefings.



Desired Skills and Experience

· Minimum of 10+ years of ISV/ Hitech/Semicon experience in Business or Domain consulting / Enterprise or Digital Solutions

· Deep experience in designing & architecting solutions across RCPG domain, applications and technologies.

· Expertise in engaging diverse audience from middle to senior management /CXO layer

· Ability to put together value propositions and build business cases.

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams.

· Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
