A champion for right-sized solutions. We’re looking for an account executive who is just as dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients as we are, and is eager to introduce potential clients to our professionalism, expertise and passion. The ideal candidate knows that they are a problem solver and that we win when we provide, explain and equip our clients with the approach that precisely achieves their goals – anything short of that misses the mark.


While a technical background with an emphasis on worship environments is certainly helpful, it is not a requirement. We’d rather you be tenacious and attentive over technical and awkward. Our team is full of experienced technicians. You advocate for the needs, we’ll work diligently on the solution.


This is a sales position with outbound expectations, so you’ll have to be extremely comfortable making cold contact with potential clients, leading those connections through our process, and making a compelling case for the Ovation Audiovisual solution. Pushy isn’t our style, but we have found that being helpful, confident and diligent is consistently effective.


What you’ll be doing:


• Actively prospect for new customers through

– cold lead engagement using in-person visits, contact via phone, email or social media or networking events, etc.

– networking opportunities

– customer referral


• Handle inbound leads as assigned


• Act as an integral team member in planning and executing the tactics needed to finalize a sale


• Accurately capture and advocate for customer audiovisual needs and priorities

– become the champion for the customer’s goals to the Ovation team


• Guide customers through Ovation Audiovisual’s project process from site-visit through project debrief

– is the customer’s primary point of contact

– acts as last line of defense to keep project team on track to hit any deliverables promised to client


• Keep leadership apprised of weekly sales activities through regular meetings and reports


• Work to gather reviews of our work for Google and other future platforms


• Work from Ovation office 3 of 5 days a week on average

– 40 hr. work week expected

– be present for all Ovation staff meetings


• Keep customers with completed projects within Ovation’s orbit


• Conduct ongoing education to become more knowledgeable of audiovisual systems and products


Compensation:

Base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.
