Approved Locations: 101 California St., Ste 2700, San Francisco, CA 94111. 50% travel to various unanticipated client sites across the U.S. May work remotely.
Salary: $190,000 - $218,000 per year
Job Description:
As the Manager - Technology Modernization, you’ll assist organizations to proactively shape and implement their overall supply chain strategy and supporting initiatives.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assist with the continued development of the supply chain and sourcing solutions we offer our clients.
- Lead the delivery of supply chain engagements and work with chief supply chain officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, and senior client leaders to demonstrate supply chain subject matter expertise and assist clients to implement supply chain solutions in support of their broader supply chain strategy and goal of creating value.
- Leverage subject matter expertise in integrated manufactured systems engineering to lead the delivery of major supply chain transformation initiatives that will include process improvement, implementation of enabling technology, and organization redesign for our clients.
- Lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of client supply chain solutions.
- Manage teams and oversee the identification of business requirements, functional and technical design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
- Lead full life-cycle implementations and effectively manage resources and budgets for client projects.
- Perform engagement management responsibilities including performance reviews, task delegation, project financials, deliverable quality review, and client management.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and become a trusted business advisor.
- Manage and minimize engagement delivery risk by proactively identifying issues and recommended courses of remediation to engagement teams.
- Manage, develop, train, coach, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews.
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
- Requirement - Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or the foreign degree equivalent, and 3 years of relevant experience such as a Senior Principal Consultant, Operations Research Analyst, or alternate acceptable related occupation.
- Relevant experience - Work or academic experience must have included: Anaplan Model Builder or Anaplan Solution Architect certificate; PMP certificate (Project Management Professional); Certificate as a Certified Supply Chain Professional; design and development of Anaplan Solutions for supply chain use cases; demand forecasting utilizing Anaplan using the statistical forecasting model or Plan IQ; process design including current state and future state process mapping; performing UAT for Anaplan Implementations; and developing operations or supply chain strategies for planning.
