**Job Description:**
- Work in an Acute Rehab setting with a 41-bed facility.
- Responsible for providing therapeutic treatment to patients in the rehab division.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation.
- Comply with the dress code of scrubs (except Navy or Maroon).
- Position does not require floating to other units.
- Rehire of any previous contract physical therapists is acceptable.
