We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager. The ideal candidate is a business-savvy leader with proven experience in managing teams, a strong understanding of financial management, and a focus on customer service excellence. This role is key to driving growth, establishing efficient processes, and ensuring a culture of safety and accountability across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with a focus on growing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the financial health of the division, including P&L management, gross profit analysis, and cash flow.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, streamline production workflows, and achieve service metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Implement systems and processes that drive the growth of our people, expand our customer base, and increase profitability.
- Uphold and promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and practices.
- Manage personnel and division resources, including budgeting, inventory, and equipment.
- Foster an ownership mindset within the team, encouraging initiative and long-term business planning.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s core values in all business practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, gross profit), revenue growth strategies, and cash flow management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team, with a focus on positive culture and accountability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service and managing performance metrics with demonstrated success in closing the customer feedback loop.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in establishing systems, processes, and documentation to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Safety Focus: Expertise in safety training, compliance, and incident management.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in project management, time management, and long-term business planning.
- Proactivity: A proactive mindset, anticipating problems and driving continuous improvement.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
