Job Description:

A solutions architect is required to perform operations and maintenance support on legacy .NET applications and as needed backup to full-time resources supporting .NET implementations.

This individual will be expected to work with the current development team to quickly learn VITA’s base system to support and expand it.

Requirements

Skills Set:

1. Experience in solutions architect experience - Required (5 years)
2. Experience in MVC, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Oracle and/or SQL - Required (5 years)
3. Experience designing and implementing applications - Required (5 years)
4. Experience in technical leadership position to provide consultation and advice on major implementations - Required (5 years)
5. Developing and implementing technical standards - Required (5 years)
6. Experience with utilizing Azure DevOps pipeline building for automated code deployments - Required (5 years)
7. Experience with architecture design to include hybrid on-prem/Azure Cloud environments - Required (5 years)
8. Experience with Entity Framework, jQuery, Ajax - Required
9. Ability to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions with both onsite and remote teams - Required
10. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills - Required
11. Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts - Required
12. Hands-on knowledge of identity and access management technology - Required
13. Experience migrating and supporting services from basic authentication to SAML2.0 and OIDC authentication - Required
14. Familiarity with SIEM/Splunk - Preferred
15. Hands-on knowledge of SSO tools such as Okta - Preferred
