Election Project Call Center Representative

Location: Remote (work from home)
Shift: 1st & 2nd 8+ hour shifts 
Pay: $15.00 
Duration: Seasonal (Election Period) 10/29/24-Election

Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team during the upcoming election season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from voters with inquiries about the election process.
  • Provide accurate and clear information on voter registration, polling places, and ballot options.
  • Assist voters with troubleshooting issues related to voting and registration.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient call center operation.
  • Stay updated on election laws, procedures, and changes to provide the most accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes, especially during peak times.
  • Basic knowledge of election processes is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
