Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Regional Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Direct and lead Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region.
- Establish and maintain company goals and standards for performance, growth, and world-class customer service.
- Support and measure the success of individual centers and the overall region.
- Provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training, and information to each General Manager.
- Identify potential acquisition and brownfield targets in support of the company.
- Develop “on the ground” relationships with these targets.
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for potential employment and establish a pipeline for recruiting high-quality talent.
- Ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.

Requirements
- 5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
- Must have prior experience with CCC1.
- Ability to report on financials a must.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbally.
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
