Senior Product Designer

• Become an expert in the NDVR Design System
• Be a driver of consistency across Client-facing user experiences
• 5+ years of professional product design experience
• Strong visual skills and discerning eye for elevated design
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, & prototyping
• A natural curiosity and passion for solving and simplifying complex problems
• Thrive on collaboration and have a desire to understand diverse viewpoints
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining design choices and rationale
• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Deliver beautiful, seamless experiences that simplify complex ideas on both web and mobile platforms
• Own the end-to-end design process for your projects - including concepting, wireframing, design, prototyping, and testing
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Product Design, VP of Product, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
• Maintain and enhance the NDVR Design System in Figma
• Take charge of the organization and deployment of the component library
• Own the kickoff and ideation of a new client-facing project
• Test your first high-fidelity prototype internally
• Contribute major improvements to our design system
• Be the voice of the client and a key contributor within the Core Product Team
