Job Summary : The Business Office Representative is the key contact for patients visiting Perinatal Diagnosis Services. The incumbent greets patients, processes forms and paperwork, and handles financial arrangements. Provides clerical support, performs extensive scheduling duties, and serves as liaison between patient and medical staff. Performs data entry, and other job-related duties.
Specifications : At least two years equivalent experience in a health care environment. Must be familiar with medical office procedures and medical terminology. . Knowledge of word processing, statistical tools, and other computer applications required. Must have excellent clerical, interpersonal and communications skills, and be proficient in the English language.
