Job Responsibilities:
A Manager is responsible for the hands-on day-to-day activities of the restaurant. You are also expected to maintain administrative responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, and overall supervision of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
Prior leadership experience in the hospitality field is desired, but other experience will be considered. Both the Manager and Assistant are responsible for implementing and maintaining company and brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements along with controlling expenses relative to goals.
This is a hands-on position that requires participation in all location tasks. The position also requires the availability to work nights and weekends as the business necessitates.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and hands-on skills including multi-tasking, management, and leadership.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Able to stand for 8 hours.
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
