Position Summary:

As the Assistant General Manager, you play a vital role in upholding the values and ethos. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every customer experiences genuine Texan hospitality and leaves with memories of unparalleled taste.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead, mentor, and train the team to uphold HomeState's standards of service and quality.
  3. Engage with guests to provide an authentic HomeState experience and address any concerns promptly.
  4. Work closely with the General Manager in operational planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  5. Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and actively participate in community events representing HomeState.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Maintain the unique cultural and brand identity of HomeState across all interactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
  2. Knowledge of restaurant operational procedures and best practices.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly Texan cuisine.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  6. Must share HomeState's commitment to high-quality service and hospitality.
