Position Summary:
As the Assistant General Manager, you play a vital role in upholding the values and ethos. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every customer experiences genuine Texan hospitality and leaves with memories of unparalleled taste.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train the team to uphold HomeState's standards of service and quality.
- Engage with guests to provide an authentic HomeState experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the General Manager in operational planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and actively participate in community events representing HomeState.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the unique cultural and brand identity of HomeState across all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of restaurant operational procedures and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly Texan cuisine.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Must share HomeState's commitment to high-quality service and hospitality.
