Compensation

The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their geographic location, relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

As a Raley’s Service Agent I, you will provide customer service in a manner which increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and maximizes customer long-term value to Raley’s. In this role, you will work temporarily in the Raley’s Service Center and strive to provide polite and tactful responses to customer contacts by a variety of communication channels.

  • You will answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle praise and complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.

Must Haves

  • Must have open availability 7 days/week from 7am-9pm
  • Work is completed on-site at the Raley's Distribution Center
  • Discern issues and provide solutions.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • be reliable
  • Open availability to work any day in the week/weekend
  • Experience utilizing social media is helpful
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software applications 
  • Impressive telephone, email and social media etiquette

Physical Demands - Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

  • Sitting; frequent sedentary work.
  • Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers, and vendors.
  • Viewing computer monitor; average ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare documents, enter data into computer system and read reports from computer monitor.
  • Keyboarding; use of fingers to make small movements such as typing and mouse usage.
