Royal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Mortgage Processor II to join our team in Arden Hills, MN. If you thrive in a busy work environment and have a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Hourly Wage:$24.39 -$27.30 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)**Additional per file incentives are available in this position.Description:Royals Mortgage Processor II is responsible for processing all Lake Area Mortgage loan products including construction loans, government loans, and team member loans. They obtain and verify necessary information and prepares documents for underwriting and closing review. They also effectively manage a large pipeline of first mortgage loans. In addition, they communicate loan statuses to all involved parties including the Member(s), Mortgage Loan Officer, buyer, seller, Realtors, and title company representatives.Work Schedule:Full-time hours Monday Friday between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Hybrid remote work is available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period. When working onsite, you will be working out of our Arden Hills Lake Area Mortgage Office.Training:Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundations Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment.
