Job Description
MUST HAVE:
- CCNE certified
- CCIE Voice lab certified
- 5+ years hands on VOIP engineering experience including:
- High volume contact center
- Multi-site VOIP Configuration
- H.323, SIP and/or MGCP protocols
- Exceptional administration, troubleshooting, and support experience with Cisco UCCX
- Working knowledge of telecom/data circuits
- T1’s
- Ethernet
- MPLS
- PRI’s
- LAN & WAN Networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
Design, integration, and deployment experience.
