  • Demonstrated ability to make personal connections, engage candidates, ask open-ended questions, listen to establish trust, and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone - with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of career opportunities to candidates with differing needs
  • High level of energy, outgoing personality, and an insatiable desire to succeed
  • A history of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated and resilient to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position
  • Internet savvy to perform targeted internet research identifying candidates
  • Proactive approach and the ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner
  • Comfortable working well independently and in a team environment
  • Banking or recruiting experience preferred
