Rev Cycle Mgr, Prior Authoriza - Eligibility Dept- FTE - Days

SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Manager, Prior Authorization, position is responsible for managing, directing, and monitoring all operational aspects associated with daily business operations within the Revenue Cycle Eligibility/Authorization Department. Critical to this position is third party payer eligibility, prior authorization and benefits verification process in a complex multi-payer health insurance environment for services in order to optimize reimbursement and minimize denials/financial risk.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, Nursing, Business Management, Management or Healthcare
• Five (5) or more years job related experience in Clinical and Prior Authorization Six (6) or more years in Superviory/ Manager job related experience
• This position requires a clinical prior authorization background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
