Job Requirements / Description

The Sales & Business Development Director will oversee all sales and business development in the Americas for Consulting Solutions. This incumbent will act as a key leader in driving efforts to build this business in the Americas and ensure on-target achievement for Sales and Revenue goals as outlined in the annual Sales Plan.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic leader in prospecting, developing and closing out new Consulting Business engagements with key customers in the Americas
  • Work closely with Relationship Management and other cross functional teams to identify new opportunities, and lead efforts to expand business across various client segments
  • Deliver accurate and regular pipeline updates, activity and forecasts to Sales Management while keeping Salesforce.com updated
  • Partner with Sales Management team to meet the sales plan and applicable sales targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify industry events to participate in or host in assigned territory

Sound Like You?:
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong background in consulting and/or consulting sales
  • Background in regulatory reporting
