Job Summary
The Financial Planning Assistant is a part time (20 hour per week) position with some flexibility in hours and schedule. We are open to a hybrid remote position. You will be working closely with the Financial Advisor to support customer service and operations.
The ideal client has 2 to 4 or more years of experience working in an Investment Advisory office. Your primary focus will be various administrative tasks that involve communications, scheduling, task management, reporting, research and processing of client forms.
We also expect that you will contribute to the team’s efforts in creating efficiencies and finding new processes to support the client and organization.
You can work independently, while still knowing when to ask for help.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor or similar
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- CRM experience; preferred Redtail
- Fidelity, Wealthscape, Money Guide Pro knowledge is preferred
- High level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom or Teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal community skills with ability to convey information clearly and transparently
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing insights and tools to enhance client experience.

Compensation
- $30 to $35 dependent upon experience.
