Job Description Summary: As a member of the Process Engineering and Efficiency team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing capital projects as part of the IMS convergence process for Airgas Merchant Gases Production facilities. You'll also manage projects in collaboration with Zone and site teams (upgrades and retrofits) at existing locations for IMS gap closure. Conduct assessments for facility compliance against internal company standard requirements Develop projects to improve facility compliance with internal standards Provide support to Facility, Zone staff and Zone Directors, in order to ensure the proper understanding and implementation of the IMS process. Ensure that methodologies and tools applicable to gap assessments related to installation projects are established Follow and implement IMS, FDA & ISOs requirements and Safety regulations. Participate in the creation, updates and reviews of PHAs, P&IDs, MOCs and SOPs. Monitor and evaluate the IMS process effectiveness, in order to determine and implement improvement actions if necessary, ensuring data and information related to the IMS process performance are collected, analyzed and evaluated, and reviewed during management review meetings. Develop designs, cost estimates, and economic justifications to facilitate the decision-making process at the plant and zone levels for IMS gap closure. Generate Authorization for Capital Expenditure (CAR) requests and follow-up on the approval process. Oversee project execution with the Plant Manager so that the end result meets the original requirements, in a timely manner and within budget. _ _ Are you a MATCH?
