Solution Architect

Requirements

1. Experienced solution architect with strong experience in the Insurance domain, a go-getter, proactive candidate.
2. Conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand the client's/carrier's business requirements and goals.
3. Conduct a detailed discovery session with the clients to gather all their benefit requirements.
4. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
5. Collaborate with the client to design a tailored solution that meets their specific needs.
6. Work with product management and technical teams to configure the solution.
7. Develop a detailed implementation plan, including data migration, testing, and training.
8. Conduct EDI requirements discovery with respective Carriers to gather their file specifications.
9. Conduct thorough payroll implementation projects, including setup, testing, and go-live.
10. Work with the Implementation team to complete the EDI and payroll file builds.
11. Conduct the system walkthrough with the clients/carriers.
12. Support the clients to complete UAT testing.
13. Coordinate with Carriers, clients, and/or 3rd party providers for timely delivery of files to respective stakeholders.
