2+ Mechanical / Tooling / Manufacturing / Industrialization Engineering experience in an Automated Industrial Environment
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing is a definite plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• 5-6 years of Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineer
• Knowledge of assembly line tools & general equipment
• Experience in Time study, Line balancing & continuous improvement
• Good understanding of bottleneck analysis
• Should be able to work in model mix assembly lines
• Co-ordinate with shopfloor people & understand the pain areas
• Very good communication skills with written & oral presentation capabilities for management & staff engineers
• Must be flexible enough to coordinate with offshore team
• Process mapping skills
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or other STEM) Major from an accredited University is required.
• 2+ Mechanical / Tooling / Manufacturing / Industrialization Engineering experience in an Automated Industrial Environment
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing is a definite plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Pro-E / CREO proficiency
