Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Job Specialty: Adult ICU and General Floor
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Guaranteed Hours: Traveler can be called off once per pay period or once every two weeks; remaining shifts are guaranteed
Experience: 2 years of experience
License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required
Certifications: Allied Health License required
Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
Job Description:
- Provide respiratory therapy services in both the Adult ICU and general floor settings.
- Maintain detailed notes and records related to patient care and treatment plans.
- Work independently with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality regulations during shifts.
- Be prepared to float within the facility based on organizational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Complete pre-start and annual training modules, with average completion time of 16 hours.
- Engage in efficient communication to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
