Sr. IT Developer
Houston, TX (77070)
8-months contract

Summary:
Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new programs, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems.
2. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies.
3. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies.
4. Typical customers are HPE end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company.
5. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
6. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful.
7. Provides highly innovated solutions.
8. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
9. Develops strategy and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
10. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams.

Experience / Skills Required:

1. Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 20 years of experience.
2. 7 or more years of experience writing code (such as, and not limited to, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net).
3. Experience with databases like SqlServer / Oracle; and testing tools experience of multiple full release cycles.
4. Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies.
5. Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and SCM.
6. Advanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing tools. Master in DBA.
7. Advanced Web Technologies.

Specific Requirements:

1. 10+ years of contribution to CRM industry with enterprise technology experience in Architecture, Design, Development, Integration, Data migration, Administration support and maintenance of enterprise applications.
2. 5+ years of Salesforce Solution Architecture & Development Experience.
3. Experience with Salesforce integrations involving SAP.
4. Integration experience on Salesforce Service Cloud.
5. Familiar with TIBCO integrations and design specifications.
6. Experience with creating and designing Arch Diagrams.
