**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing general, bariatric, and head/neck surgery.
- Care for patients with tracheostomies and laryngectomies.
- Ensure adherence to relevant patient safety and care protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and develop patient care plans.
- Administer medications and manage post-operative care effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Support patient and family education for home care post-discharge.
