Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The principal responsibilities of the National Account Manager will be to partner with respective dental national accounts (DSOs) to achieve growth through maximizing Synchrony third-party financing program utilization.Essential Responsibilities:Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume quotas, profitability and Client level penetrationEstablish excellent working relationships and communication with key Client day-to-day contactsFacilitate QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with Client C-suite stakeholders and SYB senior leadership team, in-person and virtuallyLeverage Client and SYB data to report both internally and externally on KPIsAdvise Clients on how to develop and implement strategies and 'best practices' to drive resultsWork closely with CareCredit's Practice Development Managers, Inside Sales and Regional Directors to execute Client specific initiatives in a 'top-down' approachConduct training sessions to ensure understanding of CareCredit program, policies and requirements to grow program utilizationAttend National and Regional level Client trainings and SummitsPartner with SYB Product & Integration team to integrate SYB products within Client's ecosystemCollaborate with SYB Marketing team and Client to help drive client initiatives and guide on 'best practices'Work with new and existing Clients to sell program value for long term partnership contract termsPresent Client contract recommendations to Synchrony Board (IRSC) to gain approvalWork with SYB legal and Client on execution of contractsEnsure Client is acting within SYB compliance and assist with remediation effortsAttend industry tradeshows and eventsPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Minimum two years B2B sales experience on a national levelC-Level contract negotiation experience a mustDemonstrated selling and training ability and experienceStrong performance track record and focus on resultsAbility to identify new opportunities and develop alternative solutions to achieve resultsAbility to conduct effective sales presentations, consultative and needs assessment sellingHighly motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on deadlinesAnalytical thinker with excellent communication and training skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint and salesforce.comWillingness to travel, approximately up to 50% including overnights and weekendsDesired Characteristics:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fieldExperience in financial services lendingUnderstanding of installment and revolving credit market including credit compliance requirementsDSO industry experience and knowledge of Dental marketExperience with portfolio profitability analysisGrade/Level: 12The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:You must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
