What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert consultative services to an assigned group of customers within a specialized technical area or territory
- Conduct on-site evaluations, evaluate data, and create/implement service plans to manage risks and costs
- Offer technical support to other risk control employees, advising on regulations, technology, and industry trends
- Mentor and train less experienced consultants to enhance their development and effectiveness
- Identify new business opportunities and design programs to improve service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge and experience in risk assessment, service planning, and delivery
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or related areas, with at least 8 years of related consulting experience
- Fully effective interpersonal, writing, and communication skills to maintain relationships with clients and peers
- Proficiency in using proprietary software applications and Microsoft Office suite
- Regular travel is required for this position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working towards or obtained advanced degrees and/or professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE
- Technical expertise in Property, Ergonomics, and Manufacturing is preferred
