What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide expert consultative services to an assigned group of customers within a specialized technical area or territory
2. Conduct on-site evaluations, evaluate data, and create/implement service plans to manage risks and costs
3. Offer technical support to other risk control employees, advising on regulations, technology, and industry trends
4. Mentor and train less experienced consultants to enhance their development and effectiveness
5. Identify new business opportunities and design programs to improve service offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Advanced knowledge and experience in risk assessment, service planning, and delivery
2. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or related areas, with at least 8 years of related consulting experience
3. Fully effective interpersonal, writing, and communication skills to maintain relationships with clients and peers
4. Proficiency in using proprietary software applications and Microsoft Office suite
5. Regular travel is required for this position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Working towards or obtained advanced degrees and/or professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE
2. Technical expertise in Property, Ergonomics, and Manufacturing is preferred
