**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehab
**Job Specialty:** Rehab/Neuro
**Job Duration:** 13-18 weeks
**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years required
**License:** Active Registered Nurse License
**Certifications:** BLS, NIHSS
**Must-Have:** Trach Care and G-Tube skills
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive trach care and manage G-tube procedures.
- Deliver compassionate care and effectively communicate with patients and families, aiming to educate and support them.
- Strong self-learning ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Potential to float to other units as needed.
- Responsible for managing a patient load with a night shift ratio of 1:8.
- Proficient in using equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, ventilators, suction devices, and negative pressure wound therapy.
- Document patient information accurately using EMR systems (Cerner and ITW).
- Maintain a professional appearance in galaxy blue scrubs, avoiding hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, or non-uniform attire.
- Demonstrate willingness to work two out of three major holidays, with manager approval required for holiday scheduling.
- Comply with mandatory flu vaccination policy.
**Note:** Candidates should be prepared to make up any approved time off at the end of the assignment.
