Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg in Lawton, OK

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Med Surg
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** At least 1 year of experience required, recent traveler experience highly preferred
**License:** Must have OK State License or compact license
**Certifications:** BLS (AHA), NIH
**Must-Have:**
- Skills checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- Two supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years
**Job Description:**
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
- Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed
- Interpret and record measurements
- Monitor patients' vitals
- Report adverse reactions to medications promptly
- Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period
