We seek board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrists to join our outstanding team. This is a hybrid position.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $255,573 to $372,297 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
Requirements:
- Must have a clean and unrestricted Arkansas license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
- Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
- Expertise and experience treating children, adolescents, and families would be viewed positively

About Life Strategies Counseling Inc. (LSCI)
LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, and addiction recovery.
