We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesWriting memos and tax alertsAssist with internal and external presentationsDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsResearching complex federal income tax lawLearn about and provide insight on new and complex tax provisions across all federal income taxesCreate tax models and checklists to be used by other members of the federal tax teamBe a tax technical resource to firm partners and managersYOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting; Master\'s in Tax is a plusMust have experience preparing and reviewing the following types of tax returns: Passthrough entity tax returns including 1065 &1120-SCPA, LLM or JD is preferred3+ years of tax experienceStrong tax research skillsExcellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills, as well as exceptional client service skillsProven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software, including ProSystem, BNA portfolio and projection, CCH Axcess, and RIAAfter reviewing this job posting, are you hesitating to apply because you don\'t meet every single requirement?
